WheInfosec / Web Application Security Assessment

Test beyond the login screen.

Identify weaknesses in the workflows, permissions, and data boundaries that keep your web application secure.

What we assess

  • Authentication, session handling, and account recovery
  • Role-based access control and cross-account data access
  • Input handling, injection risks, and output encoding
  • Business logic, file uploads, and sensitive workflows

What you receive

An assessment summary, validated findings with reproduction steps, risk context, and practical remediation guidance. Retesting scope and timing are agreed as part of the engagement.

Before we begin

Can you test a production system?

Testing environments, timing, and permitted techniques are agreed before work begins. A staging environment can help reduce operational risk; production testing requires clearly defined boundaries.

How long does an assessment take?

Timing depends on the size and complexity of the scope, the access provided, and testing constraints. We agree on a schedule after reviewing your requirements.

Does an audit guarantee that a system is secure?

No assessment can prove the absence of every vulnerability. Findings reflect the agreed scope, access, and assessment period. Continued testing is useful as your systems change.
